The Holiday Ice Spectacular Puts a New Twist on Chanukah

Adam Sandler sings praise for “If Santa Claus Was Jewish” Number

Chanukah has come and gone, but Atlanta gets to celebrate a little longer with the release of The Holiday Ice Spectacular’s “If Santa Claus Was Jewish.” This never-before-heard holiday song was written by Atlanta native Jeb Rand exclusively for the holiday revue, running December 16-24 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center.

Picture Mel Brooks, Joan Rivers and Adam Sandler sitting with a bottle of Manischewitz and you’ve got the creative inspiration to the number, which according to Mr. Sandler himself, is one “the audiences will love and have a lot of fun with too.” Sandler recently previewed the song for possible use in future projects and after hearing it, declared it to be one of the funniest things he had heard in years.

Want to hear the song that had Sandler singing along? Visit www.holidayicespectacular.com to listen today. It’s one of four new, never before seen numbers that will be a part of The Holiday Ice Spectacular this winter, right alongside your favorite holiday classics. You’ll see everything from a bite-sized version of The Nutcracker to Santa on a Harley.
